Our Ethos
Nant Helyg Farm is a family owned and run, totally off-grid business, dedicated to growing truly exceptional quality garlics. Everything we do here is driven by a passion, not only for our produce, but also for biodiversity and the environment.
Using regenerative and sustainable practices and principles throughout, we never use herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Central to that is our relentless adoption of best organic practices and principles and, whilst we deliberately choose not to seek certification, we take great pride in ensuring that everything is sensitively done by hand, with as light a touch as possible on the land. In this way we can bring you the highest quality garlics packed full of flavour and goodness, that far surpasses much of what is available in the market place today, with the added assurance of positively beneficial environmental outcomes above and below the ground.

Our Garlics
At Nant Helyg, we produce a range of seasonally available highest quality garlics. Each variety has its own delicious, unique flavour profile. Garlic isn't "just" garlic and you will be amazed how different and how good Nant Helyg garlics taste and look! Sweet tangs, earthy or spring onion notes, black pepper or white pepper notes and heat -our garlics are packed full of flavour offering something for every discerning pallet!
Eggs from Free to Fly Quail
Living the most natural life we can enable safely, these beautiful little birds thrive in small coveys in large outdoor aviaries providing plenty of natural habitat and natural daylight.
Our quail are free to roam, nest and fly and lay only seasonally. We do not employ artificial lighting to force an extended egg laying season.
We use only natural products to maintain their health and wellbeing, feeding organically certified feed, and fresh greens and berries from our fields whilst our quails catch their own insect snacks!
As a result of this extra care and attention, our little quails produce exceptionally delicious eggs!
