A medium garlic, 2-4 inch bulbs, with stunning, rustic rich purple/brown wrappers. Produces nut brown covered, cream cloves. Deliciously warm, creamy lasting garlic flavour finishing with an amazing peppery hit.
A medium garlic. 2-3 inch bulbs, with a lovely peachy-pink hue to wrappers. Delicately covered. good sized, easy to peel cloves. Deliciously punchy warm garlic flavour, really aromatic, with hints of black pepper and a strong lasting finish.
A medium to large garlic, 3-5inch bulbs, producing very large cloves. Beige/peach easy peel wrappers cover huge white/green tinged juicy cloves. A power house of a garlic, warm, rich, rounded, aromatic, with a delicious tang and notes of black pepper throughout.
Small to medium sized long lasting garlic, 2-3 inch bulbs, in papery white wrappers surrounding 8-12 red wrapped cloves. Full on garlic flavour, rich, slightly sweet with robust heat, fresh earthy salad notes reminiscent of a spring onion.

Immature garlic that resembles a spring onion. Every part of the plant is edible (not the roots). Enjoy raw, in salads and dressings, grilled or added to other dishes for that early garlic fix ahead of mature garlic's seasonal availability.

The flowering stalks of our hard neck garlics. When cooked they taste like a cross between asparagus and garlic. Fresh, they'll give you an early garlic fix, slightly peppery. Pesto, hot and cold salads, tempura battered or add to pasta dishes: they stand alone as a "vegetable" worthy of their own dish.

Use the leaves of this home grown wild garlic in salads and cooked dishes for a gorgeous garlic flavour.
Young leaves and flowers add to salads. Stems use like chives and larger leaves wilt like spinach.
