At Nant Helyg Farm, a totally off-grid, family run business, we're passionate about two things: our exceptional Welsh garlic, and the land we grow it on.
We use regenerative, sustainable practices throughout — never touching herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Every step — from planting to harvest — is done carefully and entirely by hand.
The result? Flavour-packed garlics unlike anything you've tasted before — grown in Wales, with a net zero carbon footprint, in a way that actively improves biodiversity above and below the ground.
And we don't stop there. As a Zero-Waste business, nothing is wasted — everything is natural, reused, repurposed or reimagined. Even our packaging for dried garlics and herbs can go straight back into your compost heap!
