Return & Refund Policy — Nant Helyg Farm
We take great pride in the quality of everything we grow and pack at Nant Helyg Farm. Because we sell fresh and perishable food products, our returns policy reflects the nature of what we produce.
Perishable goods (fresh garlic, garlic scapes, quail eggs) Due to the perishable nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product and packaging as received. We cannot accept claims made after this period, as we have no way of verifying how products have been stored following delivery.
Non-perishable goods (dried garlic, garlic blends, herbs, sea salts) If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or incorrect orders If we have made an error with your order, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence is required in all cases.
We reserve the right to assess claims on a case-by-case basis. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
