Shipping Policy — Nant Helyg Farm
Processing times We are a small working farm and process orders on the following schedule:
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed within 2 working days
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday
- We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays
We will always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, but as a small farm operation we ask for your patience and understanding.
Delivery All orders are shipped to UK Mainland addresses only via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, depending on the service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Fresh and perishable items Fresh garlic, garlic scapes, and quail eggs are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, or that a safe place is designated. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by missed deliveries or delayed collection.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
