Enfys Garlic

Enfys, Welsh for Rainbow, is one of our most visually stunning garlic varieties. A medium-sized soft neck garlic, each bulb is a work of art – wrapped in skins of brown or purple, with individual cloves dressed in different colours. No two bulbs are quite the same. Beautifully creamy with a smooth, rounded base, a lovely white pepper heat and a bright, zingy finish – elegant and complex in both looks and flavour.
