Garlic and rosemary together have been seasoning great food for centuries — and when both are grown at Nant Helyg Farm, you can genuinely taste the difference in your cooking. Handmade in small batches, this is our own beautiful garlic and fragrant rosemary blended with the purest quality sea salt. Three ingredients. No shortcuts. Nothing hidden.

Rub generously into pork before a long roast. Press it into focaccia dough with a drizzle of good olive oil. Scatter over root vegetables before they go into the oven. Stir through softened butter and let it melt over a grilled chicken breast. This is seasoning at its best and simplest, that you'll want to keep on hand. Sprinkle it. Rub it. Finish with it. It works every time.
